I did competitive athletics for more than seven years, which established my passion for sports and taught me perseverance and determination. Since then, movement has been a part of my every day; there isn’t a morning that I don’t start with some kind of physical activity. I first encountered reformer pilates in Canada, which opened up a completely new dimension in the world of exercise for me. Upon returning home, I became more familiar with this form of movement and completed the international Michael King Pilates course. The strength, agility and endurance gained from my athletic background provide the perfect foundation for practicing reformer pilates. I would like everyone to be able to experience what kind of relaxation this new fantastic form of exercise means!

I first encountered mat pilates in New Jersey, USA even back then I was impressed by its incredible effect on the body. Only later on I have discovered reformer pilates, which completely changed my previous view on exercise, what it really means focusing on deep muscle strength, mental balance, and achieving a beautiful and flexible body.
Spent many years practicing ballet and jazz dance and I earned my degree in health development and physical education from the University of Szeged.
To deepen my knowledge of teaching reformer pilates studied at the international Michael King Pilates Academy. At Coccinelle Pilates studio hope to help many others to discover the muscle strength, relaxation and mental well-being that reformer pilates offers.

Since I was a child, movement has been my essence. I studied theatre dance in Miskolc, and then I graduated from the Hungarian Dance Academy in Budapest. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to tour in several European countries and to collaborate with international artists. I lived abroad for seven years: In Spain I was a member of the Son Amar company and in Belgium I danced at the Trocadero Theatre, where I also led a dance company.
I studied yoga and then Pilates, and I am currently taking part in Michael King’s international training courses. I have been teaching for years and believe that everyone can bring out the best in themselves. I regularly attend training courses to inspire myself and others.
My goal is to bring my students into a world without expectations, where they can grow according to their own abilities and feel good both physically and mentally.

Athleticism has been a part of my life since childhood, and I have tried myself at many different sports. Over ten years ago, I was introduced to mat Pilates, and a few years later, I discovered the Reformer. That was the moment I felt like I had finally arrived; this is my sport!
The uniqueness of Reformer Pilates lies in the fact that everyone can find their own challenges, regardless of age, whether they are beginners or advanced practitioners.
As a STOTT Pilates instructor, I place great emphasis on improving body awareness and providing personalized exercises in my classes. My goal is for everyone to experience the beneficial effects of Pilates and to find the same joy and challenge in it that I experience every day.

My whole life has been permeated by commitment and passion for sports. From my childhood, I tried different sports, such as tennis and sports aerobics. In the past 10 years, fitness has been my priority, where I have not only focused on my own development, but also gladly shared my knowledge and experiences with others, so I felt that in addition to my career as a lawyer, I would also be open to teaching sports.
In 2019, within the framework of IWI, I successfully completed the Fitness Instructor training, which gave me the opportunity to get to know the human anatomy and the methods of training planning more deeply. And when I got to experience Pilates in the recent years, I was sure that this is the sport that will be both my passion and the basis of my second profession, so in 2024 I obtained the Functional Reformer Trainer qualification, which opened up new horizons for me in terms of movement and in the field of health care.
As a Pilates instructor, I pay particular attention to teaching the correct movements, supporting individual development, motivating my clients and, last but not least, conveying that this sport not only increases physical fitness, but also contributes to achieving mental balance.
